This is week 7...Congratulations to CF and DH on their weight loss this week. CF lost 4.2 pounds and DH lost 4.9 pounds! That's incredible! Five more weeks to go. Keep up the good work!

Weight Loss Tip # 1 - Water, Water, Water
Water is the key to weight loss. It's VERY important to get your 8 glasses of water everyday; even if you have to trick yourself. Our bodies are more than 50% water. Your body needs water to conduct several processes.
So, here a simple and easy way to get started: Drink a 32 oz cup of water in the morning while getting ready for work. Drink a 32 oz cup of water during the day at work and drink the remaining 8 -10 ounces in the evening when you get home.

January 2009 WLC - And the winner is...
Jackie T. lost a total of 22 lbs and 21 3/4 inches at the end of the January 2009 WLC. The 2nd and 3rd place winners lost 15 lbs and 12 lbs respectively. The group was so excited to keep the good work going that 80% paid for the April Challenge on the last day of the January challenge.
The group lost a total of 45 lbs and dropped over 75 inches collectively! Wow! That's incredible.

January 2009 WLC - 3rd Group
The January WLC group was a great way to start the new year. The group consisted of 10 participants who were very excited about learning how to improve their health and lose weight safely in a safe supporting environment.
November 2008 WLC - New Group
The 2nd weight loss challenge group started November 11th. While the group was small (only 3 people) it was very lively and we learned a lot from each other. One of the biggest challenges for this group was having to manage through 2 major holidays - Thanksgiving and Christmas. Even through this very challenging time, the winner of the challenge managed to lose 9 lbs. What a great accomplishment! Most people gain that much and she was able to lose it during the holiday season. Hats off to you, Freda!
August 2008 WLC - 2nd & 3rd Place Winners
The 2nd and 3rd place winners were Dr. Robert and Kimberly Gordon. Dr. Gordon lost 9.2 lbs and Kimberly lost 9.0 lbs. So, you can see every little bit helps. Dr. and Mrs. Gordon attended
